

Erin Reigh
Clarinet
Erin Reigh is a soprano and bass clarinet performer and educator with a focus in secondary education. Ms. Reigh has been teaching private lessons for students of all ages for over six years. She specializes in preparation for TMEA All-State auditions and promoting the works of under-represented composers. Ms. Reigh has a Bachelor of Music in clarinet performance from Texas Christian University. She currently resides in Fort Worth, Texas, and is a private instructor for Music & Arts. In her free time, she is an avid coffee-lover and mental health advocate.
Teaching Philosophy
Ms. Reigh believes that every student has the potential to excel, both musically and personally. Her approach focuses on building strong foundational technique while fostering each student's individual musical voice and confidence. She creates a supportive learning environment where students feel safe to take risks, make mistakes, and grow from challenges.
Ms. Reigh is passionate about preparing students for success in auditions and competitions, including TMEA All-State and UIL, while ensuring that the joy of music-making remains at the center of every lesson. She believes in meeting students where they are and adapting her teaching to each individual's learning style and goals.
Through clarinet instruction, Ms. Reigh aims to develop not only skilled musicians, but also confident, resilient learners who carry the discipline, creativity, and collaborative skills they learn in music into all areas of their lives.
